Swiss Lasagna

A white lasagna using chicken and Swiss cheese. This one is a bit more work, but great for people who've been missing lasagna. This just barely misses the 140 mg cutoff for the low sodium designation.

8 oz Lasagna Noodles
2 c Cooked Chicken,diced
3 T Unsalted Butter
1 c Onion,sliced
1/2 c Green Bell Peppers,sliced
2 c Skim Milk
1/4 c Flour
1/4 t pepper
2 t Low Sodium Chicken Bouillon
2 c Swiss cheese,Shredded

Cook noodles until tender, drain and set aside. In large skillet cook onion and green pepper until tender. Stir in chicken. Combine remaining ingredients except cheese; add to skillet; cook and stir until thickened. In a well-greased baking dish, make alternate layers of noodles, chicken mixture and cheese. Start with noodles and end with cheese. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
