Italian Skillet Meal


Another one of those meals for those of you (or should i say those of us) who occasionally miss the old hamburger helper meals. And this one is a lot better for you. Feel free to use whatever shape pasta happens to be on your shelf.

1 1/2 lb Ground Beef
1 c Green Pepper,Chopped
1 Onion,Chopped
1 lb Pasta
2 c Low Sodium Spaghetti Sauce
1 c Low Sodium Cottage Cheese

Brown ground beef with onion and pepper. Drain. Cook pasta according to package directions. Add to ground beef mixture in large skillet. Stir in spaghetti sauce and cottage cheese.
