Cranberry Orange Oatbran Cereal

If you are looking for a little different taste, for breakfast, this could be it. This works with regular oatmeal just as well too. Dried fruits are a favorite of mine. They make great snacks when you want something sweet, not all that high in calories (about 130 per 1/4 cup), no fat and virtually no sodium

1/2 c Water
1/2 c Orange Juice
1/3 c Oat Bran
1/4 c Dried Cranberries

Combine ingredients in a one quart bowl. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Serve with milk and sugar or honey as desired
