Cole Slaw


This makes a fairly sour slaw, which is just fine with me, especially if you are planning to put it on barbecue sandwiches. You could add more sugar or a little honey if you like it sweeter.

2 c Cabbage,Shredded
1/3 c Carrot,Shredded
1/4 c Low Sodium Mayonnaise
1/4 c Sour Cream
2 T Vinegar
2 T Sugar
1/4 t Celery Seed
1/4 t Onion Powder

Stir dressing ingredients together. Pour over cabbage and stir to mix.
